How does the billing cycle work?
Foragence operates on a transparent Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) model. Following your initial Strategic DNA Mapping ($1,999), your subscription is billed on the 1st of each month. We don't believe in "hidden fees"; any ancillary services like Bespoke Deep-Dives or Crisis Guard hours are invoiced separately with full itemization.
What payment methods do you accept?
We utilize a flexible, enterprise-grade billing system that supports the payment method that works best for your finance team. This includes all major Credit Cards, ACH / Pre-Authorized Debits, and Wire Transfers (domestic and international).
Is there a long-term contract commitment?
While our most successful partners view Foragence as a multi-year strategic asset, our standard terms are month-to-month for The Pulse and The Pilot tiers. We want to earn your business every 30 days. For The Partner tier, we typically move to an annual agreement to better align with your long-term capital planning.
How do I upgrade or adjust my tier?
You can scale your intelligence level at any time. Upgrades are processed immediately (pro-rated for the remainder of the month), while tier adjustments can be made with 30 days' notice. Your Intelligence Vault will automatically reflect your new service level.
Can I add multiple "Recipient Seats" for my team?
Yes. The Pilot includes up to 3 seats, and The Partner allows for unlimited seats within your leadership team. We believe strategic intelligence is most powerful when your entire management layer is operating from the same "Common Operating Picture."
